After my motivation played hooky, Tracy S. sent it home so I could get my workout done. I do wish that rowing would get at least a little easier. Avg HR 166, Max HR 186!


Thanks Lily. I knew you'd understand! I've had a few pointers on technique from a mate who used to coach rowing and do competitive rowing himself. It has made quite a difference already.
