Did this as a warm up to do 20 minutes of stretching. I feel soooooo much better now that I have stretched! Glad to be staying off my feet this week. They are quite sore (but not all the time). Avg HR 117.

Really? But it was so easy. Didn't hurt at all. Felt so much better for the stretch. But if I'm nuts just like you, then I'll wear it as a medal!

It aids in recovery (blood circulation etc) so a very good thing to be doing. Not nuts at all!

Nuts is wanting to run 16.5k when there is a shorter 15.1k option! Good choice to warm the legs up on the bike and have a lovely big stretch :)
