Rather cold and windy this afternoon. I went nice and slow with minimal huff and puff (which is hard to do in a head wind). Really happy with the relaxed pace of this run. I deliberately covered my GPS so I couldn't keep and eye on pace. Avg HR 150 Max HR 158

    Nice relaxed run Heather :) I turn my thoughts away from hills or wind, well try to, and just run at your chosen perceived effort. I really don't mind either (when not going for time :)

    Kevin, the big race is on the 17 th of June. Just one and a half weeks away now. Yikes! Viet, I don't mind wind and hills etc when I'm not going for time either.
