Great job getting it done though. I often think that these bad runs are more important for marathon toughness than all the good ones. The mental part is the biggest challenge IMHO, and bad runs get you conditioned for the hard times. As long as you hang in there. :)

Me too! :) I'm going to take mine easy though. Wanna have some fun with it and see who can run closest to 15 consistent 6:15 min splits? (or another pace not faster than 5:45)?
