After last night, I ate my words about 60 and mostly sunny. Gah, doubled again?! I feel like you wait to see my mileage and then go for double of whatever I did. Pfft, my pace was only faster by 4 seconds. Thanks for trying to make me feel good about it though, haha.

I'd make today a recovery and push it Sat or Sun. You'll have more time to sleep and eat and recover on the weekend. You can look up some of the routes I made up on mapmyrun if you want as you get to longer distances. The Wantagh Ave 10k route can easily be turned into 6.5 or 7

Jesus dude, you don't run for a few days and then run that fast, I'm surprised you made it four miles. But what this tells me is that you are really friggin dumb if you don't run the Garden City turkey trot. If you actually ran 4 miles that fast, you would CRUSH my time from the first time i did it. Which means you are waaaaay further along than you could imagine.
Also, I think David and I need to do some workouts when I come home for Christmas
