    Went walking with Alan, tried to do a little jogging, but the wind was just crazy today. Just enjoyed the talk with him.

    My goal is to try and get at least 10 miles in this week. I'm going go try and get at least 2 miles in each walk/run. Did a few bouts of jogging, but really didn't do too much today.
