Busy schedule this week means today's rest day will be delayed a few days. Beautiful evening for a run. I could feel the benefits of yesterday's tempo run already. Body felt strong and smooth. I did have a bit more tenderness in the ankle tonight. This was the first back to back runs in months. Iced it and and now it's feeling better.
