Trying to be smart and take it a bit easy. I wore the ankle brace. 9 minutes on treadmill walking, 9 minutes on bike (105+ cadence), 4 minutes on elliptical (ankle didn't like it), 11 minutes on mill while Dave finished his workout.


Good job taking it slow, hope you are rewarded with an injury free rest of the year!

Good idea to mix up the exercises a bit to determine what works and what doesn't. The treadmill and bike seem like a GO! :)
