    8 days ago the gallbladder came out. Doctor said I could run when I felt like it. I felt like it today. Nice and cool this evening. Very happy with the results.

    trying to get back into a bit of yoga -had been doing weekly hot yoga sessions. Back did ok, a little sore in the morning, but not bad.

    I threw my back out last Sunday and this was the first time on the bike since that day. Very happy with how it went. I may try bike class again soon!!

  9. Help - I haven't updated dm fora while and my Garmin workouts won't upload. Any suggestions? It says no activities found?

      Hi, Renee-- hope you're doing well! Does your Garmin model use the wireless Ant+ system? I never had any problem uploading my old 305 with the USB connection, but my new 310XT would never sync with Ant+. Ben W. put in a workaround "Upload to TCX/FIT" option. When I use the 305, I upload the same way as always, with the 301XT, I use the Export link on Garmin Connect to put the workout in a TCX file, and then upload the TCX to DM.

      Thanks Vern - this is the same watch. My guess it has to do with the update I did to Garmin Express. I'll check out the TCX option.
