    this went pretty good until a series of heal lifts. the ankle locked up and had sharp pains. worked through it best i could

    Who is doing TCM or the 10 mile this year? Dave and I will be at the mile 23 or 7 pro water station. We are captaining it but hoping also to do the main water station too.
