    22 Miles, my longest run todate. It was hot, but I finished strong and definitely felt I had another 4 miles in me. Now begins the taper!

    1 mile warm up/cool down and 5 miles at 9:16 (I came in a little fast for each, about 9:03-9:15). Oh well!
