    22w4d. Ran approximately 2 - 2.25mi overall. Some belly and lots of left knee pain. 3 walk breaks - first after initial 1.1mi.

    Tonight's run felt OUTSTANDING! So far the coldest weather I've ran in, at 28 degrees, but it felt phenomenal! One of those nights where everything clicked. Perfect!
