Today I didn't have the need for speed...lol I was not ready for this run, my legs still sore from the lunges I did on Tuesday night.
I did a warm up mile and 6 miles at my 1/2 marathon pace (around 8:30), I was glad to be done with this workout, and YES, I did Thank my almost 48 yr old legs for doing so good this morning, I have to be extra nice to them, so they will work with me at Cowtown ;-)
My splits....9:38 warm up, 8:40, 8:41, 8:28, 8:22, 8:19, 8:22, no time for a cool down :(
