This morning I decided to get back into traning, and stop ignoring that dreaded hill run ;-)
Oh boy, I forgot how much I dislike this....not really..lol I was having fun going up and down, my legs missed the beating we get every week while doing hills :-)


And the beating returns! Great hill work!!
