I ran 20 miles at a slower pace this morning, I was so worried about my leg, but it held for 19 miles, on the last mile I felt a little pain, it didn't hurt like before, but I could feel a little pull, but not crazy pain that would make me limp like 2 weeks ago, the first 10 were flat miles, the second 10 were full of rolling hills, I feel like I just ran a marathon...lol, my legs are sore and I realized that it's been a while since I ran 20 miles.
