    Felt great, even with the hot weather, had to walk the last 1/2 mile due to GI issues.

    Trail running! Went to CRP trail and ran to the pond and back 4 times, downhill one way and uphill on the way back.

  11. I'm back! I've been running, just not tracking distance here, I'm training for a 56k trail run, that's 3 weeks away. I hope everyone is doing OK. :-)
