Started off with a five minute warm-up walk. I focused on distance more than speed this time. First time using the C25K program.

Excellent. That is my goal right now too! I did the STL Track Club HM this past fall. I met my goal. I finished... but I sure wish I could cut out most of the walk breaks I took. I don't mind walking while I drink - but I just let my mind take control and end up walking when I don't need to. My breathing is steady. Nothing hurts... and I walk :/ So, I dropped my miles WAY down and I'm fighting fighting fighting with my head to do better :) Good Luck! Keep it up!!
