Keep walking until you can run again. Dont push it. You may not heal all the way and will set you up for more nagging injuries

Pretty much the same thing as yesterday...

  3. RUN
    great Treadmill 3 mi 00:40 13:17 pace

Started off with a five minute warm-up walk. I focused on distance more than speed this time. First time using the C25K program.

Excellent. That is my goal right now too! I did the STL Track Club HM this past fall. I met my goal. I finished... but I sure wish I could cut out most of the walk breaks I took. I don't mind walking while I drink - but I just let my mind take control and end up walking when I don't need to. My breathing is steady. Nothing hurts... and I walk :/ So, I dropped my miles WAY down and I'm fighting fighting fighting with my head to do better :) Good Luck! Keep it up!!

Blake, its okay to walk. It will help you run longer . Just keep moving. If you stop to walk put the treadmill on an incline.
