  1. RUN
    Shop Run 5.36 mi 00:49 09:06 pace

So, Sara has finally convinced me to start posting again. This was a fun run from the shop. Good stuff.

Oh, and I got a new GPS--a Tom Tom. It is great. It gets a satellite signal within a min... read more

  2. RUN
    Sturbridge 4.5 mi 00:40 08:53 pace

Fun run with Sara. This was long overdue. Even saw Jamie Mauney running with her kids.

  3. RUN
    Cloverdale Tempo 5 mi 00:36 07:06 pace

I had 3 miles at 6:40 today. Even though it was windy, I was still able to make my goal.

  4. RUN
    Young Meadows 8.15 mi 01:00 07:21 pace

Wonderful evening run. The hills of Shakespeare, tempo of Vaughn, and flats of Young Meadows makes this a very nice route.

There is a really cool route thru Young Meadows... some hidden trails and whatnot. That's my church; come visit sometime :-)

  5. RUN
    BRY 2.23 mi 00:17 07:47 pace

I ran to the y, lifted, then ran back. It was very nice out there this morning.

  6. RUN
    Garden District 4.02 mi 00:30 07:33 pace

    I had 3x800 with 400ri. Nice run.

  7. RUN
    Barefoot and Naked 2 mi

I decided to make my shorter runs as natural as I can in an attempt to help correct some form issues. Two loops on the trail with a beautiful sunset was very nice.

  8. RUN
    AUM Trails 8.01 mi 01:01 07:36 pace

My plan was to run some on the trails at AUM. This was foiled once I saw it was far too dark. Oh well. Nice run anyway.

  9. RUN
    Perry St. 5 mi 00:39 07:52 pace

I had 10 repeats today. They weren't too bad, but it was hot.

Nice run with Sara. I'm glad she's back.

  11. RUN
    Cloverdale 5.01 mi 00:38 07:38 pace

I slept in this morning, so I had to squeeze in a run at lunch. It was very pleasant.

  12. VELO
    EC 15.61 mi 00:55 17.2mph pace

Sara and I got two loops in. The traffic is pretty bad when you start 30 minutes later.

  13. RUN
    Perry St. 4.7 mi 00:37 07:55 pace

I decided to do some repeats up Perry today. As rare as it is, I actually did a pretty good job pacing myself for all 9.

  14. RUN
    Shop Loop 6.01 mi 00:49 08:13 pace

I decided to make a loop to the shop. The drizzle made this a nice run.

I was surprised we only averaged 16.8. Sheesh. I guess we need to make our own pace line next time.

we were so worried we wouldn't get to you in time at mile 6/7. But then it didn't take us 10 minutes to get to our new spot, and we were able to see the lead runners again. The kids loved looking for you yesterday!!! Great run and I'm sorry we slowed you down 15 seconds and made you miss your goal!

  17. RUN
    Garden District 4.15 mi 00:30 07:13 pace

I had 2x1600 at 6:20 with 800 ri. It was tougher than I thought it would be, but my splits were 6:20 and 6:17. I even ran into my dad on my last ri. This is what I would classify as a good run.

  18. RUN
    Beauvoir 3.02 mi 00:24 07:50 pace

The temperature was great! I almost needed long sleeves.
