    started @ 6:00am and the sun was already out but the breeze was cold that made my run enjoyable. I had sweet corn, bananas and crackers for lunch.

  6. Workout, stretching, and yoga routine for 2 hours 45mins. Feel good, the muscles are loosen.

  7. still learning how to post my training runs. I don't know to plot a run that is a loop inside a compound, like my of 5Km Run this morning. Any help is welcome.

    Happy to start my training for AWUM - the longest "Fashion Show" ever. Ran for 12.5Km
