      I have some compression running tights but I bought them because they were cute ; ) I did notice my knees felt great wearing them though.

    My right ankle did not feel right after this run was over. No swelling or bruising.

    Hopefully a day off and some tweaking on my gait will help alleviate whatever is going on here.
