Decided to get some miles in now that my three week battle with respiratory infections is over. First two miles were slow, but felt great. Stopped stretched, hit a gentle hill, and walked the final quarter mile back so tomorrow doesn't feel so bad. Glad to be get back out there, and hope I can get back to previous mileage as I take this seriously again.
