For the past 2-3 weeks I haven't done any exercise and I just feel like I'm getting unhealthy...I guess that's the shit thing about working out for pretty much 2 months straight...but I am going to tone down the working out to like 3/4 times a week. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and Saturdays (Park Run- If I wake up)
