More warm up is needed for a workout that I had planed. 2 miles at least. Just over half a mile....really didn't work. Started out WAAAY to fast and just couldn't get my legs and lungs on the same page. But I did get 1 mile in at 6:37 so that's one bright spot.


Doh! I don't like when my legs and lungs won't cooperate.
