    Leg day and 15 minutes of abs. Really should have gotten going earlier... I hate waiting for equipment. Oh and they really need to add more squat racks.

    That wind kinda sucked....or blew...idk either way not too fun for running. But its done also the 3 pounds of lunch in my belly really didn't help. But by about 4 miles in I was feeling better.

    I love running hills..... but my favorite hill had about an inch of light packed snow on it today. .25 mile up hill in the equivalent of sand. Legs were torched before 2 miles but I finished.

      running in packed snow does a body good. I don't even time my runs when running on it. Just enjoy getting outside in some double digit warmth :)
