    was tired but still got in the pool, it's cold out so cranked up the heater in the pool so it's easier to get in, or course that means a lot more sweating when I get out

    it's a hot one today, started out with the group and almost made it to where I turn off to do the short loop. bit fitness is coming back, but riding in a group is a different animal all together.

    after a 10 minute transition, what the hell was I doing? headed out on the ATT for a quick 5k. felt fairly good while in the shade on the trail, glad I wasn't out in the sun, it was hot

    stead ride around big woods, starting from while oak on the ATT. ride went well, don't think I had to stop one time, legs are still tired from cleaning all weekend.

    broke out the head lamp this morning. lots of stars in the sky at 5:30 am. legs still a bit tired from the weekend but still a great run
