Stretch and RICE...my trainer is constantly drilling this into my head. If you have someone to help you stretch, that is even better!

Some good stretches to help with running and some unexpected benefits with back and shoulders (occupational hazard issue), plus a de-stress bit at the end. Felt pretty good!

I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the experience! I'm contemplating seeing my trainer right before my race next weekend to just do stretching. It's not the same when I do it on my own! Haha

Thanks for the motivation, it's not easy ramping up the training. I do wonder if 26 will be possible. And how
to find energy? Hope I find out soon, let me know after Nessie!

26 is possible! Stay positive, rest, stretch and down right walk for a few minutes if that helps to lift your spirits. Do you take anything out with you for energy like a drink, Gu or energy shots?

You're rocking it, Bill! Nice job today, especially with the heat. It was humid outside for us early. Hang in there with your long runs--you're almost there and we're cheering you on :)

Devotion... Having to get up early to fit in a couple of hours training before holiday hosts wake. Or just madness? Surprisingly, I wasn't the only one going loopy around the park.
