    Great ride. Pace line at 21.5 all the way down the river trail. On the TT it's a little easy at that speed, but plenty of time to kill it later.

    Good ride. Moderate pace on hills since quads were feeling like they would cramp if I powered through. Still adjusting to TT bike on hills.

    Good ride. Power through Back Bay both ways, but generally took it moderately with the group because the TT bike is just too fast. Also had a newbie with us so we took it slow the last 15 or so miles.

    Tested the new TT Bike after getting a fit by the good people at ARB4U. Still an adjustment and harder to pedal a 1% grade using the hip flexors and glutes, but I'll get there.
