      Thanks! Jen's been running in the early mornings MWF with a friend, so when she gets back, I'm trying to get out for a run before school/work. It helps when we're trying to do the same thing at about the same time. Stance/form makes such a difference. Definitely need to be more serious about the core strengthening.
