good Intervals on the trainer (early) 10.01 mi 00:31 19.7mph pace

This was my first crack at intervals. 5x2 with 90 seconds in between. (5) 2 minutes with cadence over 95, and then 90 seconds of 75 +. My legs were burning on the last one. I couldn't keep that cadence the whole time, but it only dropped a few times. I spun the final few miles over 80. The average cadence was 85. I am open to suggestions / critiques if anyone has any.
