Not running related, but this is one of the things we did on the cruise ship. My wife Lisa said I was too old to be able to stand up on the Flow Rider. I love a challenge. This was a lesson I took on the second night. It was allot of fun.

This picture is awesome. I am not sure if I would have been brave enough. It looks FUN, but tough to do. Good for you!! I'll piggyback what Dave said, but raise the offer to remind you I am only doing the 5k...bet that's open, too :) You know I am in love with race days now. We missed you Saturday. I plan to run the 5k and stay to cheer in DMers on the 13.1 if you and your wife are interested...

Wow, so I am still kind of trying to figure out what is going on in this picture - water is shooting up and you are balancing on it on something like a snow board? Great job, I am sure, whatever this feat was exactly, you totally kicked lots of younger guys' butts.

Thanks everyone. Sherri it is called the Flow rider it is on the back of a royal Caribean cruise ship. The water goes up to the top of the slide at a high rate of speed and pressure. The board is like a skateboard without wheels.
