Zone 2 Roller Coaster Run on Rolling Hills - Its Dark, Cool, and Rainy when I headed out and I actually thought, yuck...I don't want to run in this. Then as always once out there I found that even on days like this there is huge benefits and I rediscovered my strong belief in running outside in all seasons and all weather. Also it never hurts to get the "Are you Crazy?) looks from people as they drive by. =)
