    1 mile running at 5.4...then walk, run intervals for .25 each......managed to run the last .25 @ 6.0, which used to be my normal pace!!!!!

    A breakthrough- Ran (actually jogged) the first mile...walked the next .25 and ran the final .75!!! I haven't run that far in at least 18 months!! ON MY WAY!!!
