    Better then yesterday!! More run then walk today. The time was about the same as yesterday but I did better then yesterday. A better performance. You know what I mean? :-)

    Stress fracture in my left foot has still got me on the side of the road watching everyone run on by... :-(

    the metatarsal heads in my left foot are hurting to the point of not running. I got "Clover Leaf Metatarsal Pads" from the running store yesterday. I hope they help.

      The hardest thing for a runner to do is not run. But take it easy, take off from running until that is healed up.

    The run was okay untill the last half mile. My left foot hurts when I bend it. Maybe if I wrap it before running this afternoon.

      Bill, I'm still in awe that you ran that race so soon after your heart surgery! It was SO hot and SOOO hilly. There's no doubt I would have chickened out if I had been in your shoes that day. Don't think for a minute that you're not doing fantastic! You're a true inspiration!! :)
