    While Dylan and Brie had ball practice, I got a quick workout in! Staley had as great a time as any 4 month old could but never cried!

    First 10 miles into the 22mph wind took 50 minutes! Then I got my tailwind and kicked ass back home. Pleased as punch to have come close to getting back to a 15 mph headwind.

    Hung with the group for a half hour. Someone decided that 21 mph just wasn't good enough and that 24-25 was better. I can't hang because I'm just a dad with a bike now.
