    Legs are sore from a crushing leg workout at the gym last night which left me only able to walk with assistance (seriously) Lunges till failure are no joke! Looks like speedwork tomorrow.

    Glad the week is over! Just one trail run planned over the weekend to start getting ready for my next trail marathon in June.
