    First run after Kingwood. Legs worked out some kinks, tired quickly - but good! Took it very easy and stopped to chat.

    I guess every run within 1-2 days of your longest run is considered recovery. I hurt the first part and felt ok the second. Nice to run when I should have been at work though!
