      Bummer! You need to strengthen your glutes and calves I think. My sister had the same thing, went to an osteopath, and found she was moving asymmetrically due to muscular weaknesses...

      You should save the fast stuff for your last mile. Then you're warmed up, and can recover after it!

      I usually do! haha today I was like "I am going to try for a fast workout", well... I made it a little too fast! definitely need to work on making it a negative split so I finish strong! Happy Wednesday my friend!
