    uh, I felt...good? My actual first run in almost a year. I would have done it months ago, but I was suffering from a long bout of laziness. Mostly jogged, some walking.

      I am in awe of runners who run in hot weather year round. Imagine what it will be like to train in hot weather, and then show up for a race in a cooler climate.
