    What a run that was in the frigid cold. Got through it and not a bad pace. I took it real easy out there. Walked when I had to and then ran. PJ

      Good 6.7 mile trail run there Paul, wtg, i'm sure it was cold up there. But u ran smart, as u said walked when u had to, wtg. Keep up those good trail runs/races.

      Thanks Brenda and Jen. Jen, I am fortunate to run in the UNI-Dome, unbeleivable to be running around 16,000 seats, empty of course. 8 laps there is a mile so a big area to workout in. PJ
