    WU and CD for the race. I actually felt like I went faster in my CD than in the the first mile during my race.. felt a mild achilles pain and worsened after the race.

    I pushed myself throughout the run and man, was it windy! My watch was acting dumb so I didn't get an accurate pace or time.
