    Loads of hills. This was the hilliest course. Started slow and then goal pace last 3 miles. Splits for last 3 miles 7:09, 7:27, 7:08. Kept focused on breathing and perceived efforts.

    At home first did Trigger Point Massage, then Active Isolated Flexibility quick release 10 mins routine and then dynamic stretching. Headed out for a nice slow warm up.
