      @vivek, actually wife is quite okay... for my quads, i have observed this before also and they get real stiff when i climb down stairs - there was one section where i had to go down about 100 steps and by the end of it i was almost limping... it has happened to me at chaturshrungi also, whenever i climb down, my quads dont like it... i have to work on them...

      @prawaal, nothing enviable about it... different city means loads of "cattle" class travel, lack of sleep, hours in transit... i dont know about it helping, i am just trying to run as often as possible....
