    A reasonably long ride after a long gap along the Clinton River trail & Macomb Orchard trail. Sunny day with lot of runners, walkers and bikers along the trail

      Ideally want to do it early at 5:15 AM and then head to the Cyclogy session. If I wake up late, then will have to push it to evening after 5.

    After late night at work, slept for 2 hours between 3 AM and 5 AM and then rolled the mat out for the Yoga class. Came back, washed and slept for another 2.5 hours before heading to the office.
