Ringling Bridge Route 5 mi
It was a good run.. The bridge is always a toughy, but it felt great-loved the feeling when I was done & the view is amazing! I didn't have my buddy the Garmin...so I am not certain my time.

Glad you're feeling better! You did great! The same routes sometimes help me because I know the distances enough to know how hard I can push myself and still hold on. But new places give me new sights and sometimes I just want to see more. Play with it some. Next time you hit this route, listen to your legs and lungs and push until a stop sign or a tree. You'll amaze yourself. If you can push with cinder block legs, you have it in you.

It was a good run..:) obviously not fast, but good. Beautiful day, nice sweat & I officially saw my sign of warm weather here. First snake of the Spring season during a run.. I'm sure i will be seeing several more in my path during the warm months ahead.

Karl, Hahaha i'm kinda surprised myself! I felt ok at 4.. So I thought I would try the 5 mile route a few of my friends do.. It was all good..very excited I did it. Change of topics: :) Wondering, Did you have any trouble syncing your garmin?

Sometimes after a run it takes a few times for DM to read it. Sometimes happens to me on the Garmin site too. Just be sure to upload to Garmin Connect first then DM.
