    This was Wednesday's mileage. I might as well start logging my miles again. Keeping track for the month.

    I attempted every possible loop and variation of the park (figure 8, small loop, regular loop). When that tracker hit 9 miles it was a "wrap".

    3 miles on the dreadmill & 3 miles on the bike. Strangely I sweat more on the bike, I was completely drenched. Then did a
    30 minute circuit workout and some weights. rest is in order.

    3 miles this morning at the gym. Then 5.3 miles in Central Park with my "run-date", in the afternoon. Thanks Lizzie we should definitely do this again soon.
