    1.5 hours of vinyasas and twists ... mmmmmmmmm. My instructor, Kia Miller, was a little surprised at how tight my hamstrings are :(

    My sister did 2 miles with me, and then I ran the last 2.4 by myself -- it started to drizzle, and I slipped and fell at one point! I have a little roadrash, but all is well.

    I ran this with my sister, and kept pace with her the entire way -- she did great on her first 5K! Our last mile was 8:51.
