95 degrees!!!! But I got my 3 miles in with the help of my trainer, Curtis, who was hardly breathing hard! He is working with me to try and lengthen my stride so I can cover more ground in less time and not work so hard at it. I think I spend more energy than I need to the way I run with short choppy steps. I read where drinking a slush drink would help the workout when it was hot. Got one from sonic but not sure it did anything. ha ha. I'll try anything once...well almost anything! I am so glad to be back in the air conditioner!! How did people live without one?
