    I did 60sec run/90 sec run. Feels good to stretch my legs after Tuesday pilates and kettle bell. Legs are really tight.

    Strating to get the rhythm of the class. Used a 5lb handweight but will try 8 next week. The 12lb the first week was just too heavy for my wimpy, out of shape body.

    It was too cold to wait for the bus. Glad I had good shoes on for the walk. Beat the bus to my house which always makes me happy when I choose to walk!
