It was an absolutely gorgeous ride to work this morning! I appreciated that there weren't 20 mph hour south wind gusts this time.

oh --- that is so inconsiderate! It'd be different if it weren't such a well organized, high participated, revenue generating, cause/group benefiting, community focused event. That person is not even inconvenienced for more than 8-12, maybe 15 hours realistically --- or 2 mornings. It's not like the race coordinators do not forewarn residents of the event and that they have ample time to make alternate plans. (like plans a day trip/activity/stay home to avoid his inconvenience). I just don't get it!

good Neighborhood Parks 10.02 mi 01:06 9.0mph pace

Of course the sleet felt like knives, but my back totally flipped out (sciatica) and I've basically been on the floor of the living room ever since.

Not unless they take patients before 7 am or after 6 pm - track season is crazy! I actually went over spring break, but I guess it wasn't enough to prevent a flair-up. I'm much better today.
