    Felt good but kept it super easy. When my alarm rang I told myself that I didn't feel like running but was fine once dressed and ready to go. Have a good week all!!

    speed and stretching

    Lots of stretching before doing speed work. 4 x 800m. Nice and simple. The knee felt okay, thankfully. Hadn't expected that!!
