    The weather is great, but wow - running outside is much more difficult for me than the treadmill. I really have no endurance out there.

      Oh I am just the opposite. Or at least I was. I think it´s just what we get use to. I have been struggling with running outside too. Glad you got out to enjoy the creation.

      I pray I can build my endurance. Yes, the scenery was BEAUTIFUL. I had worship music playing on my iPhone. Such a blessing!

      I do need to get outside. I don't want to be by myself out on a trail. That is the problem. Somehow, I'll get my act together. :o)

      Yeah... that´s good to keep moving and I am sure you are walking during the day too. :) I keep telling ladies that it´s so important to burn more than we consume. (unless you are maintaining) It helps to keep that in mind. Keep on! great job, Beth! Miss going to your blog. I need to come visit.

      yes! keep just doing something! that´s key. I didn´t have as much time today either. get´s a little frustrating but as long as we keep burning more than we eat we will stay where we want to be. And keep eating healthy! Way to go!

      Ya know Tread running is not as fun as running outside. You go farther when you have more to look at. jeje I haven´t been able to get up to 5k till Wed. on the Tread. Great job keeping at it. Mixin it up is good to do. so proud of you!!!
